SENATE BILL NO. 155 "An Act relating to the registration and                                                                    
regulation of real estate appraisal management companies; relating to                                                           
the establishment of fees by the Department of Commerce,                                                                        
Community, and Economic Development; relating to the Board of                                                                   
Certified Real Estate Appraisers; and relating to real estate appraisers"

Senator MacKinnon, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                   
for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on                                                                 
page 2330. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.                                                               
There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                                                        
155(FIN) "An Act relating to the registration and regulation of real                                                            
estate appraisal management companies; relating to the establishment                                                            
of fees by the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic                                                                  
Development; relating to the Board of Certified Real Estate                                                                     
Appraisers; relating to real estate appraisers; and providing for an

Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                  
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
